Summary
The Hebrew of the period of exile was a 'dead' language.
It was a very long period that started around the year 200 AD
and continued some 1,700 years – nearly until our time [days].
During this period (people) didn't speak Hebrew in the world,
and Hebrew was a 'dead' language. In this period great pieces
were written in Hebrew by people such as Rabbi Judah HaLevi
and Rashi, but still, the fate of Hebrew was in danger.
Luckily, the Hebrew language came [awoke] to life and a new
period began: The New Language.
