Project ‘Adopt a Fighter’
Last week the ‘Adopt a Fighter’ project celebrates ten years and
there’s a big event in Tel Aviv. The project links companies and
donors in Israel and the world and fighting regiments in the army.
Each company or donor adopt a regiment, they donate money to the
regiment and do things together. Soldiers and commanders from the
army, company managers and donors come to the event. At the end
of the night there’s also a surprise: parents of twenty men and
women lone fighters from ten countries in the world come to Israel
and meet their children at the event.
