Stephen Hawking
More than anything else, Stephen Hawking was a medical miracle. At the
age of twenty two, while studying at Oxford University, doctors told him
he has ALS and doesn’t have a long time to live. Hawking didn’t give up
on his dreams. He married Jane, and became a professor of physics at the
university, too. Over the years Hawking’s popularity just grew, and his
theory about time, space and black holes got famous all over the world.
Hawking was a celebrity everywhere he went, even in Israel. “Stephen
Hawking was an inspiration to many,” his three children wrote today.
