Fifty million Facebook users in the UK and the United States realized that
Facebook gave away everything it knew about them to the Cambridge
Analytica company before the United States elections. Cambridge
Analytica analyzed everything it got from Facebook and learned what
users’ political views are. This helped Trump a lot to win the elections,
because he knew who he had to convince. It’s not a new thing that
Facebook can know everything about us, but now it’s a bit more alarming.
