Food Truck
The Food Truck festival is starting in Tel Aviv, the first one in Israel. At
the festival, there are twelve trucks, and each sells different food. People
think that it’s romantic and fun to work on a food truck, but it’s also much
cheaper than working in a restaurant. On a truck there are no waiters or
dishwashers, it’s just the chef and the food. In America the food trucks are
popular and (you) can see them everywhere, in Israel it’s harder because of
bureaucracy. But like every trend that starts in America, eventually it gets
here too.
