Baby Boom in China?

In the seventies in communist China (they) decide on a new policy, the one
child policy. The policy stops the population growth but causes new
problems in China: about thirty percent of the Chinese are aged fifty and
more, millions of Chinese men don’t have anyone to marry and there
aren’t enough young people who can work and help the Chinese economy.
In October this year China decides to cancel the one child policy, and let
Chinese parents have a second child too.
