Exercise: Act out the dialogue in Hebrew while looking at the
English text. Use other names than in the original dialogue when
acting out.
Dialogue 8 – After the Wedding
Osnat: Shimmi, where do you want to live after the wedding?
Shimmi: I want to live in a little house. And you, where do you want to live?
Osnat: I want to live in a big house with five bedrooms.
Shimmi: Five bedrooms?! For whom?
Osnat: A bedroom with a bathroom for the parents, two bedrooms with
two bathrooms for the guests, and two bedrooms for the children!
Shimmi: Oh, you want two children?
Osnat: Yes, sure! And you?
Shimmi: I want whatever you want. But I want to live on a kibbutz!
Osnat: Why?
Shimmi: Because there are two big and beautiful dining rooms (dining
halls), and many good schools!
