Numbers (100-900) ‫ִמ ְס ָפ ִרים‬

one hundred ‫ֵמ ָאה‬
hundreds (plural) ‫ֵמאֹות‬

For numbers 100 to 900, we use the basic "units" and add the "hundreds" in the plural
form.

five hundred ‫ָח ֵמש ֵמאֹות‬

nine hundred ‫ְשמֹו ֶּנה ֵמאֹות‬

* The number "200" is an exception.
