Where's Juice?
The "Juice" spacecraft left on Friday for an eight-year journey to the planet Jupiter.
Scientists will use "Juice" to determine whether there are conditions for life on
Jupiter. The spacecraft will also use the atomic clock made by the Israeli company
AccuBeat. AccuBeat is a hi-tech company from Jerusalem. It developed Juice’s
special atomic clock for seven and a half years. Scientists will use this clock to
communicate with "Juice," and to create a map of Jupiter in the future. AccuBeat
hopes to continue sending their clocks into space in the future as well.
