No Peace on the Temple Mount
For several day it (hasn’t been) peaceful on the Temple Mount, since the
terror attack there was there last week. Israeli police decided to check
anyone who wants to pray on the Temple mount in a metal detector and
the Muslims are angry. The say that this changes the status-quo on the
Temple Mount and they want (them) to let them get in however they want
to a place of prayer. On the Palestinian street (they) are calling people to
come on Friday after the prayers and demonstrate in front of the Israeli
police. There are some who are afraid that the demonstrations will get out
of hand, and warn that a new intifada can start.
