Dialogue – Where is the Cashier?
Rina: Excuse me, where is the cash register? Maybe you know
where the cash register is? Where is the cash register?!
Chana: The cash register is there.
Rina: On no, but where is the cashier? She’s not here.
Manager (calling out loud): Cashier to register three, immediately.
Cashier, to register three, immediately.
Cashier: Sorry, sorry.
Rina: It’s okay. I want to pay, please.
Cashier: All together – 1,568 shekels, please.
Rina: I have 1,600 shekels. Do you change of 32 shekels?
Cashier: Yes. Here, here’s your receipt. Should I pack it for you?
Rina: Yes, yes, thank you. Also put it in the car. Thank you very
much.
