STEP 7: CLOSING
■ If you presented a strawman proposal to the client, then added their input to your final proposal, you know you have the right solution.
■ Confirm succinctly how your solution is going to help them, then ask for the go ahead
■ If the sales process has been applied well, simply ask when they want to start!
■ Be specific on next actions from both sides so you don’t lose momentum
■ If relevant, ask for post implementation review with your sponsor so you don’t lose your senior level contact when the relationship goes operational
