Sejak Rais bergabung dengan GRG Class, Rais terlihat peningkatan pada kualitas kerja tim. Rais belajar
banyak dalam menghadapi dan menangani konflik dalam tim dengan baik. Selain itu Rais mulai belajar
beradaptasi dengan orang-orang yang memiliki pendapat yang berbeda dengannya. Tentu saya
menyoroti hal ini sebagai kunci agar Rais memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang berkarakter. Semangat Rais
