The COVID-19 restrictions imposed throughout 2020
impacted on every area of the School’s calendar, including the
four scheduled Alumni Reunions for those celebrating their
10, 20, 30 and 40 year anniversaries.
As each date approached and was, regrettably, cancelled due
to the constant changes to regulatory protocols, our final
opportunity to host Alumni groups came after the School year
closed, on the weekend of 5 and 6 December.

Despite the proximity of the event to
Christmas, and various issues impacting on
Alumni members living interstate, we were
delighted to host a small group from each
of the 1990 and 2000 year groups.
Those who were able to join us relaxed
over a long lunch, pored over Archive items
from their time at the School and revisited
old haunts on the School grounds. We
were delighted that past members of Staff,
Mrs Barbara Harper, Mr Greg Searl, Mr
Col Burke, Mr Steve Wilkes and Ms Kery
O’Neill were able to join us.
We remain hopeful that the protocols
regarding social gatherings in 2021 will
enable us to host not only the ‘anniversary’
reunions fall next year, but provide us with
opportunities to reschedule the 2020
Reunions that we were unable to hold
this year.
