In accordance with the Bye-Law No.24 (XVIII) (`C), the Board is the authority to
place the subject “Distribution of Profits” before General Body for its approval.
On placing the subject before Board resolved in its Res.No.673,dt:08-02-2024
that,
(a) Net profit allocation for F.Y 2022-23 as per byelaws agreed to. Resolved to place
before General Body for its approval.
(b) Agreed to pay 50% of net profits for F.Y 2022-23 as dividend to members
@ 15.67% on paid up Share Capital subject to approval of G.B.
Hence, the subject is placed before General Body of the Society for taking a
decision on the subject matter.
