MORE ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Real Estate Services was founded by Giovanni Gaggia who has seen how agents do not retain fair
commission splits with their company brand they work with. Giovanni has served in leadership roles

for major brands in the SA marketplace. He has over 23 years’ experience in the Real Estate Industry
of beautiful South Africa. He is passionate about helping agents from entry level to advanced levels,
mentoring and assisting estate agents to grow their businesses, build teams, keep more income for their
family and loved ones and provide a strong professional vehicle to serve agents to remain in charge of
their business and sales/letting services without being forced to attend company meetings and adhere to
company policies that generally go against the nature of this amazing industry called Real Estate Sales
and Letting.
