She really went above and beyond to address a very unusual situation where I had a seller who was born in Texas but moved to Germany as a young child and therefore thought she had no social security number (in the long run it turns out she did!). In addition, she expedited the title commitment because the seller was flying back to Germany about a week after going under contract.
