The final touch of the night, when spirits are as high as can be and clear Setzer and his band are loving it just
as much, is their classic “Jingle Bells” take, enhanced by the surreal snowfall that comes from above and even
an appearance by Santa dancing about the stage. By the time all those notes have settled, it’s the type of
concert that leaves you a bit stunned. And if you have the Christmas spirit, it brings you to another place
altogether. In some way, for lovers of the sounds of the season, Setzer is a bit of a musical Santa Claus – you
anticipate his arrival all year, hoping he’ll come again. And then that much-anticipated moment comes and
is a bit overwhelming…yet passes by so swiftly that you are already counting down to when he’ll come back
next year!

If you love intense music, a lot of brass, and awesome guitar solos, The Brian Setzer Orchestra should be on
your holiday playlist. And if you like Christmas music, then you should mark your calendar for next year – it
will be one of the highlights of the season for sure!
