Music by I Fight Fail “Silhouettes”

I am always seeking and searching for that sound that
grabs me. It must get my attention amongst thousands
of ReverbNation submissions…and then I will finally say,
“Yes! This is the one!” It is very difficult and at times
tedious. I always want to get it right. Sometimes I
succeed and other times I fail -- only to start the process
over and over. I bounce my suggestions off my two
biggest critics: Jen (Wife) and Britt (Daughter). I can tell
by their reactions if I have found the right one.

I used to play baseball back in the day…and you know
what? Sometimes, I hit a homerun. Occasionally, it was
even on the very first pitch. Well, this alternative band
from Ohio really grabbed my attention. I played their
submission song over and over to myself and realized
that I loved it. But, then it was time for the big test: Jen
and Britt. Once I heard the words from them: “Who’s
this?” “Oooh…I like this!” It was time to circle the bases
and tip my hat to the crowd. So, may I present to
