The last show that I was able to catch them at was The Battle For Bratfest, hosted by Sunshine Studios Live.
This was a 16-band competition with 4 semi-final concerts that are determined by ticket purchases and
votes by the fans. The 4 winning bands from each semi then battled each other in a final round that
determined the winner of a spot to appear on stage at Brat Fest. This is an annual music festival and
fundraiser held in Madison, Wisconsin on Memorial Day weekend.
As the evening progressed, the venue became more and more packed. The guys in The Endless Line had
created a community of fans, all treated as family, which causes the concert to feel more like a “family
reunion” rather than a show, as everyone was greeted with hugs, smiles, and conversation. As The Endless
Line came up on stage for their set, it was evident who the majority of the crowd came to see. The energy
from the band was infectious and had the crowd reacting to every note and movement emitting from the
band. With most of the crowd singing to the songs, you could really see the impact that these guys have
had on the local music scene. At the end of the evening, The Endless Line was voted as the top band in that
semi and are scheduled to move on to the finals where they will no doubt be strong favorites.
