Kim Dracula is an Australian
alternative/indie music artist. They
became wildly popular on Tik Tok
for their song Make Me Famous off
their debut album, “A Gradual
Decline in Morale.” Kim is a
transgender artist known for both
their original recordings and
covers of metal songs typically not
associated with the genre.

Before establishing themselves as
a solo act, Kim Dracula, was the
vocalist for the Australian heavy
metal band Jesterpose. The band
formed in 2017, released one EP
in 2020 titled COVID-19, featuring
Dracula.

Kim Dracula posted a Tik Tok
metal cover of the Lady Gaga song
Paparazzi in November 2020. The
song was released on Spotify in
December 2020, going viral in
mere months with thirteen million
plays on Spotify, six million views
on YouTube, and over 60,000 uses
in Tik Tok clips.

Paparazzi entered Spotify's Global
Viral 50 chart, reaching #4 on
th
January 13 , 2021. Kim Dracula
premiered at #47 on the Billboard
Emerging Artists chart the same
month.

Kim Dracula's Paparazzi cover
had 13.4 million views on TikTok,
thirty-three million views on
YouTube, and fifty-five million
listens on Spotify by April 2021.
They ascended to becoming the
second most followed Australian
TikTok personality.

Their 2022 singles Make Me
Famous and Drown were
reviewed favorably by critics. On
July 14, 2023, Kim Dracula
released their debut album A
Gradual Decline in Morale and set
out on tour supporting Avenged
Sevenfold.
