About an hour later, the rain ceased, and
the park reopened. I was able to shoot
SEETHER and ALL THAT REMAINS,
however, a spontaneous “light show”
presented itself c/o Mother Nature, with
lightning crashing in a brilliant display,
cancelling the remainder of the evening
and knocking MARILYN MANSON AND ROB
ZOMBIE out of the lineup and definitely
putting a damper on my photographic
parade.
Saturday, day three, was back on track,
and Rock USA delivered a fantastic lineup
of performances – including the acts LIKE
MOTHS TO FLAMES, SYLAR, THE BLACK
DAHLIA MURDER, WILSON, TRIVIUM, 10
YEARS, BEARTOOTH, NOTHING MORE,
MACHINE GUN KELLY, STONE TEMPLE
PILOTS, SAVING ABEL and SHINEDOWN. It
was a full-on rocking day to top off a wild
and wet weekend. Festival-goers’ spirits
were undampened by the weather and the
