Katie and Caleigh from Georgetown, Texas, were in 6th grade math class when their teacher
assigned them a project about scales. The two talked about what they should do. Their conversation
lead to the realization that they both played electric guitar. Caleigh had been playing since she was
seven. Her interest in guitar was directly from her soul and love of music. Katie has been playing
since since she was 10 and her interest was fueled by her musical

family environment. Both had very different beginnings but
the same passion. They both found it and realized what
they wanted to do at a very young age. The teacher who
assigned the product was merely the tool of destiny that
brought them both together. Serendipity at work? Perhaps.
In any case, it has formed into a whole lot of artistic output
that keeps getting better and better. If a new tune has that
kind of power over me, I realize its strength. Little did I
know that their collective songwriting would get even more
mature. Now realize this -- these two young ladies have
been “working” together for over 10 years and they still are
not of legal age to consume alcohol. They are also
garnering a lot of attention together with the strength of
their lyrics, catchy melodies, driving guitar work, and
                                               electric live performance.
