Landsdowne Street was lined with X AMBASSADOR fans waiting to get
into the sold-out show at House of Blues. People filled the floor,
mezzanine and balcony looking for a good vantage point to view the
show. As there aren’t any “bad” spots in the House of Blues, not to

mention the incredible sound quality, amplified by the concrete floor
making it clear as a bell, no doubt this would an evening of
entertainment to remember for the throngs in attendance.

Opening up the Boston show on this leg of their “Joyful” tour, Sam Harris
took center stage dressed in a gray suit with a white tank top
underneath. He wasted no time sucking the crowd in with the song
“Don’t Stay.” “Don’t stay for me if you got to leave…” Harris sang,

breaking out into his signature falsetto, which made leaving the furthest
                                               thing from everyone’s mind.

Transitioning seamlessly into the song “Jungle,” his voice showed no sign
of fatigue or wear after belting out the lyrics. “Won’t you follow me into
the jungle…” I found myself transported back to the first time I heard the
song in the trailer for the movie “Hercules.” At that time, I remembered
thinking that these guys were going to make it big, they left such an
                                               impression with me.
