with them my excitement at finally meeting them.

Towards the end of our day, I ran into CMT Country Artist, Ashley Wineland, at the Alvarez Guitar booth. I did a quick
shoot with her and her drummer, Nick Sanderson, along with both the Alvarez and Dixon Drums reps. Her manager invited
me to do an impromptu shoot with about 35 young ladies towards closing time. It was compiled of all-female guitarists
that shred. That was a fun shoot!

But the evening was just getting started. Even though every club around the Anaheim area was doing their own NAMM-
themed party, we decided to stick around the Hilton, which was packed from bottom to the third lobby floor. Bands were
performing, drinks were flowing, and lots of beautiful people were out strutting their stuff. I did get to see some cool rock
stars there. Leo was there. Rex Brown (Pantera) also attended. Then it hit me…I was tired. I called it a night.
