Project Management Roles & Responsibilities
                  Change Review Board (CRB)
Projects which are governed or driven by the ePMO fall under the scope of the CRB, made up of FDB Global Leaders. The CRB team meets on a monthly basis to review the projects in the global business change plan. The purpose of the CRB is:
To drive and support the organisational and cultural change required to deliver the FDB strategy, by providing a platform for the oversight of Global Business Change Plan (GBCP), with a focus on prioritisation, risk management, monitoring, gap analysis, evaluation and sharing lessons learned.
ePMO: Enterprise Project
Management Office
The ePMO is a team within the Global Business Change function, led by the VP of Global Business Change. The ePMO is responsible for controlling and monitoring global projects, as well as for defining the overall project management model and tools to be used. ePMO responsibilities include:
• Defining project management standards, methodology and processes
• Creating, maintaining, continuously improving and making available the project management tools
• Maintaining a project management information system – including project registration and project documentation repository
• Facilitating project management training
Support functions include:
• Maintaining the FDB project and portfolio management system - KeyedIn
• Providing support with project management tools • Consulting and mentoring on projects
• Coaching and mentoring
Control functions include:
• Assisting in project proposal writing
• Ensuring governance of project stage gates
• Conducting project audits and participating in reviews
• Managing resources
• Controlling cost and schedule control
• Tracking and reporting on issues
Project Steering Committee
A group intended to steer a project from start to completion, consisting of representatives of key departments who are project stakeholders. The committee’s role is to provide advice and to review project status (including timelines, risks, budget and projected outcomes) at predefined frequency and approve advancement to the next project phase.
