OBX Team / OBX Project Portfolio
Lead / Manager
Each FDB site has an OBX department, responsible for maintaining the standards for operational and business excellence at the site.
Each site’s OBX team follows the ePMO’s stage gate model for project governance.
The primary job of the Site Head of OBX is to ensure that standards of operational excellence are upheld and clearly defined throughout the entire process of each project’s development and execution. This will be achieved via training, coaching and mentoring interventions and by participating in project audits and reviews.
