At the start of a new project, the ePMO will determine whether it will ‘track’, ‘govern’, or ‘deliver’ the project using the decision tree below.

 • Does it impact more than one site?
• Is it an innovation project?
• It is a merger & acquisition (M&A) project?
• Is it a project worth > $500,000?
• Does it potentially have global impact?
Please note, projects with ”potential global impact” may not necessarily be fully scoped as global projects when they
are identified. If this type of project needs to become a fully global project at a later stage, then it will be deemed as a new project with new scoping required.
*Projects over >$500,000 will be goverened by the ePMO, unless they form part of site annual CAPEX plans.
