Telena Toney

Senior Property Accountant

Telena brings 29 years of accounting and business experience to her
role as Senior Property Accountant for FCA Management. Telena
oversees the day-to-day operations of the property accounting
functions, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Cash Management
Account Reconciliations, General Ledger Maintenance, Prepare Monthly & Quarterly Reports
for the Properties. She collaborates with the Property Managers to assist with any Accounting
related issues.

Telena joined FCA Management in August 2017 from River Rock Capital Partners an asset
management, residential and commercial real estate acquisition, development and
management firm. As an Accounting Manager, she managed the Fund Accountant &
Accounting Department. She processed transactions for accounting entries for a portfolio of
investment funds and the preparation of portfolios and cash reconciliations daily. The
preparation of Net Asset Value files for a portfolio of medium to high complexity investment
funds.

Telena is currently earning her Bachelor of Business Administration-Accounting from Johnson C.
Smith University, Charlotte, NC.

Tarynn Garrett

Property Controller

Tarynn is a certified public accountant with over 10 years’ experience in
accounting. She has worked for two publicly traded REITs for over 7
years and takes a special interest in real estate. Tarynn received her
bachelor’s degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA and
relocated to Charlotte North Carolina in 2011, where she now calls home.

As the Property Controller at FCA Partners, Tarynn manages the property accounting team as
well as the day-to-day processes necessary to prepare accurate financial statements. Aside
from accounting, Tarynn has a passion for serving the community through outreach as well as
spending time with family and friends.
