The Northeast has the largest number of resorts of any NSAA region and the second largest number of visits. This region is also distinguished by comparatively high incomes, ability levels, helmet usage, previous winter visitation, crossover visitation (winter visitors who come in summer), passholder participation frequency, and likelihood of guests to recommend snowsports.
