TAOS AIR: Taos Ski Valley Courts the Texas Market

A renaissance is occurring at Taos Ski Valley in northern New Mexico. The resort has invested in its own airplane to transport
guests from the Lone Star State, one-third of the resort’s clientele. The charter service, along with an unprecedented emphasis
on sustainability in a new boutique hotel, are smart strategies to appeal to today’s guests—especially the nearly 30 million
residents in neighboring Texas.
