Principle of Capillary Electrophoresis
A suitable power supply device capable of
supplying high voltage to the system (up to 30
kV) is in contact with the buffer in the two vials
through Pt electrodes dipped in the vials.
The sample solution is introduced into the
capillary by removing the end of the capillary
from the anode buffer and place it in the sample
vial for seconds. The capillary is replaced then to
the anode buffer again.
