   Cosmetics at your pharmacy!

     • FDA stated that some cosmetics are also nonprescription
       drugs.

     • Such products must meet the regulatory requirements
       (including labeling and packaging) for both cosmetics and
       drugs.

     • Additionally, many legal precedents are in place for
       products that have crossed the line from cosmetic to
       drug—so-called cosmeceuticals
