Biologic oxidation of the three main
                     food stuffs

• The 3 main food stuffs: carbohydrates, fats and some
   protein amino acids proceed along similar biochemical
   reactions that end-up with formation of acetyl-CoA.

• which enters Krebs cycle to be degraded into CO2 and
   reduced Co-enzymes (NADH + FADH2).
