• Stress test: this type involves raising the heart rate with exercise or medicine while
   performing heart tests and check how the heart responds.

• Echocardiogram: shows detailed images of heart's structure and function by using an
   ultrasound waves applied to patient’s chest.

• Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
• Ultrafast computed tomography (CT)
• Digital cardiac angiography (DCA)
• Cardiac laboratory tests.

                                                         Stress test
Cardiac markers must be:
• Located in the myocardium.
• Released in cardiac injury: myocardial infarction, unstable angina, trauma, cardiac surgery,

   myocarditis.
• Can be measured in blood samples.
