High Performance Thin Layer Chromatography

• The HPTLC determination is based on the measurement of

the photo-density of spots directly on the developed TLC

plate using densitometer (TLC scanner).

• The spots photodensity is observed as a series of peaks.

• The peak area α sample concentration

• The sample concentration is calculated using the regression

equation
