Review Lesson 2.1 Adhak Words

There is one sound modifier symbols in Gurmukhi script that may create new words. It

is Adhak. In English we write 2 of the same letters, but in Punjabi, we do not write two

same letters, but an Adhak is placed between two letters. Adhak is used to double the

sound of the consonant. Read the words with Adhak. Copy them in the space below

each word. You will have spelling test from these words next week.
