        Innovating

        Brings Success




          The foodservice sector, in its broadest
         sense, is not good at innovating – and
         yet successful innovation brings with
         it many plusses.


          A list of key outcomes should include
         increased productivity which in turn
         provides benefits like enhanced profits.


          Recognising both the benefits and the
         poor record in the foodservice sector, the
         joint industry/government Hospitality
         Sector Council has set up the Innovation                                                                   SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER. 2023 | ISSUE 32
         Working Group with a brief to enhance
         the role of innovation in the sector.


         Over the next few pages, we lay out some
         of the IWG’s initial findings. The full
