Meet the Member
The Lawn Cafe, Lincoln
Expansion has followed in recent years,
blossoming into a bijou village cafe and
the remarkable transformation of
Lincoln's former Psychiatric Asylum.
The Lawn Cafe, Lincoln
Now known as The Lawn, this gothic
revival building houses a modern roastery,
a barista academy, a buzzing cafe,
serviced offices, and the former medical
staff quarters, long developed into the
Charlotte House Hotel, which also
occupies the uphill grounds.
The Coffee Roastery at Stokes, Lincoln
Growth brought challenges, of course.
The pandemic, an unforeseen storm,
forced Stokes to confront their
assumptions about traditional business
models.
