Steps of Central Admission Process:

STEP 1

Facility Centre:

Director of technical education recognizes the institutes as a Facility Centre.
PVGCOE Nashik has been recognized as facility center.
Candidate seeking admission to engineering course has to register his/her candidature for
admission to first year of engineering.
Candidate must visit the FC for verification of their educational documents along with
documents relevant to caste.
To claim the category candidates must have their cast validity certificate at the time of
registration or as per the date issued by Cet Cell Maharashtra.

STEP II:

Provisional Merit List:
After completion of registration process provisional merit list is displayed.
Candidate receive their merit no with respect to their category in mahrashtra quota as wel
as university quota.
Candidates are given some time for correction of their wrong data displayed in merit list.

STEP III:

Final Merit List:

After grievances period final merit list is displayed.
Candidates have to fill option form for choosing the proper institute and branch.
Candidates are allowed to freeze and unfreeze of their choice at ARCs
If candidate satisfied on their choice,they can freeze and report to allotted institute of
their choice.
