Training & Placement Cell

Training and placement cell of institute endeavor to develop students' soft skills mainly
“English Communication”, “presentation skill”, “Interview etiquettes”, “Leadership skills”,
“Interpersonal skills”, “Problem Solving”, “Adaptability”, “Leadership Skills”.
We provide interaction of our students with the people from the corporate sector under CSR
activities. We implicitly undertake Aptitude Training program which i s the first step in the selection
procedure of major recruitment. Our motive to encourage students to work i n a team and handle

various responsibilities i n technical/non-technical events.
T& P Cell provides guidance on higher studies and opportunities all over the world.
We genuinely invite industry people to interact with our pre-final and final years students so
that students will have a gleam of light at cutting edge technology and look forward to developing
themselves to meet industry requirements. Internship is a major agenda on our roadmap. Which
mainly FE/SE students undergo through
training on soft skills and aptitude whereas TE/BE students are encouraged to get work experience i n

company for short duration. We and our T&P cell from the parent institute at Pune cooperatively
provide better career opportunities to all eligible candidates.
