For the current grade structure and enrollments, the school has appropriate learning spaces and access to rated capacities. The school benefits from the jurisdiction’s mobile CTS trailer and its kitchen and multi-purpose rooms are well-used.

the building are entirely wood and will likely need to be replaced. A metal staircase is the recommended replacement. Recommendation: Replace the wood exterior stairs as necessary (life cycle replacement; moderate priority) 7.7
Programmatic and Functional Assessment
• The school is able to accommodate the current enrollments, but may require additional instructional area if enrollments increase or a high school program is added. Currently, there are 6 dedicated classrooms at the school, and the library and an ancillary room are also used as instructional areas.
Recommendation: Evaluate the possibility of offering high school programs given
the school’s enrollment and limited instructional areas. Study ways to expand or renovate the school to accommodate expanded programming (study; low priority)
