• Provide professional development and collaboration opportunities for school administrative teams to review and develop common supervision and evaluation practices.
• Develop localized Third Path cohorts to support the implementation of the eight condition strategies that best align to school context.
OnGoing Strategies
• Developing an Assurance continuous improvement planning cycle to en- gage educational stakeholders in the development of division goals, strategies, and performance measures that support the success of all stu- dents.
• Providing professional development support in the area of reviewing PAT and Diploma results to inform practice.
• Provide teacher collaboration time to develop strategies to address PAT and Diploma strengths and weaknesses.

• Assurance Satisfaction Surveys - Quality Of Education - 90%
• Local Assurance Satisfaction Surveys - Quality & Access To PD - 80%
• Percentage of staff accessing Learning Network and local ATA professional
development sessions.
• Division and school support for TQS and LQS supervision and evaluation
requirements.
