ECACS Assurance Survey Workflows
The Assurance Framework workflow promotes continuous im- provement through the development of local strategies, per- formance measures that align with the critical elements of each domain.

In August and October school staff will engage to review per- formance metrics and survey results as means to inform prac- tice and review the education plan.
In November school education plans will be updated in align- ment with the assurance survey analysis, stakeholder engage- ment sessions, and relevant data reviewed to inform practice.
In December school administration will review the education plans and progress to date with parent council and stakeholder groups.
In January and February the division and provincial Assurance Framework surveys will be deployed.
In March, each school admin team will engage with staff and key stakeholders in the community to reflect on how the survey results can be used to inform practice. The school admin teams will then use the survey results and stakeholder engagement feedback to adjust the school education plan and budget for the upcoming school year.
Once the school admin teams have updated the school educa- tion plans, each admin team will be required to present the up- dated education plan and proposed staffing and resource allo- cation for the upcoming school year. The school-specific ward education plan presentations will be completed in April to en- sure the division's education plan and budget submissions are by the end of May.
