9. Evergreen the existing CED’s (Fortinet Firewalls) to ensure the Fortigate network services can adequately monitor the traffic and security requirements based on the SuperNet and ISP bandwidth requirements.
10. Collaboratively develop an IT-ET assessment framework that evaluates the reliability, availability, sustainability, and alignment of the technology infrastructure to improve management, instruction, assessment, and student learning.
It is not about the technology, but it is always a matter of perspective. It is crucial to ensure the "Return On Investment" (ROI) from a technology infrastructure functionality perspective is high but equally important is evaluating the "Return On Education" (ROE) services in regards to how the technology is helping to improve the day-to-day operations of an education environment.

Taking into consideration that a majority of the technology equipment investment was a large expenditure five years ago, it will be important to strategically plan and finance the ever-green of the existing infrastructure over a period of time without compromising the reliability, accessibility, security, and quality of existing services.
