Key Points:
Based on the current network configuration it would only take four schools to using their respective 90 Mbps SuperNet connections to saturate the entire Shaw ISP connection to the entire school district.
Best case scenario at each school only if 60 staff and student devices accessed 1 megabyte of data from each school at the same time:
1 Building = 60 Devices - 1 megabyte = 60 megabytes
8 Buildings = 480 Devices - 1 megabyte = 480 megabytes
School Of Hope hosting any local web, file sharing, CMS, or video conferencing would be very challenging over a 20 Mbps InCentre ISP service. It is not clear at this point in time how students could effectively access and download content from the School Of Hope over a 20 Mbps ISP connection.
