Visitors to Quinta do Lago wishing to ride can use the nearby Pinetrees Riding Centre.

Pinetrees Riding Centre
Between Quinta do Lago and
Vale do Lobo outside of the
resort . Owned by long term
resident Beverly Gibbons, who
previously ran the Quinta do
Lago Riding Centre, no one can
offer better riding facilities or
local knowledge. They can or-
ganise treks, escorted rides and
hacks for those with experience
and lessons and nature walks for
beginners. All riding equipment can be supplied . Tel: 289 394 369.
Children’s Play Area
There is a children’s play area with swings,
slides and a climbing frame next to the Koko
café bistro which also has an ice cream parlour.

Mini Golf and Junior Driving Range
Also at the driving range in the centre of the
resort is a mini golf course and a junior driving
range exclusively for children. Junior golf
lessons including Sunday fun golf sessions are
also offered by the adjacent Paul McGinley Golf
