Being part of the magazine committee was an incredibly rewarding experience for me. I particularly enjoyed
editing Hindi articles, a process that honed my attention to detail as I often found errors even in previously
reviewed pieces. What made the journey even more special was the strong bond I formed with the team—our
collaboration was both inspiring and memorable. Together, we poured our efforts into crafting a beautiful
magazine, and seeing the final product filled me with pride and satisfaction. A sincere thanks to the Welfare
Department for their valuable inputs, the IT team for their efficient execution, the Administrative staff for their
warm hospitality, and the photographers for capturing our moments. Gratitude to everyone who contributed to
              the magazine’s success.
                                                                           - Smt. Babita Joon

Working on the editorial team of Sanidhya is always an enriching and memorable experience. My primary focus
was curating backgrounds for articles as well as editing the english articles. Meeting deadlines for such an
elaborate publication was an uphill task, but our great team managed to get through with dedicated efforts by
all team members. The numerous rounds of editing and corrections took many manhours but I am grateful for
how the magazine turned out. The journey from inception to its final print has been nothing short of an adven-
ture, something we will all cherish forever. - Smt. Neelima Sethi

My experience as a member of the editorial team for Sanidhya was one of pride and gratitude. I had the
privilege of proofreading and selecting articles submitted from across the country. The submissions from
the families of CRPF personnel not only highlighted their creativity and communication skills but also left
me in awe of the remarkable literary talent on display. As we celebrate another year of empowering women
and sharing inspiring stories, I would like to take a moment to thank the President of CWA for her vision and
leadership, as well as the entire editorial team for their guidance and support. I am confident that this issue of
Sanidhya will be an enjoyable read, continuing to inspire and connect us all .
