Mix dry ingredients together. 1 1/2 to 2 cups of Zucchini, 1 1/2 cup
                       All purpose flour (no more because I think more dries it out), 1/2
                       sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup olive oil, 2 eggs, 1tsp vanilla, 1/2
                       tsp baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon. The last thing I add
                       is 1 cup raisins and 1 cup pineapples. I have used fresh pineapples
                       and can but I like the can the best. Drain well and cut up. There are no
                       liquids in this recipe other than oil and eggs so I use maybe 1/3 cup
                       of the juice from the pineapple but that's optional. You can add pe-
                       cans, cranberries, etc. Whatever you want. You can also substitute ol-
                       ive oil and oil etc. Sugar can be substituted. 350 for I think 1hr 5
                       minutes. Maybe not that long. Oh yea don't flour your pan like you
                       would a cake. You can but I don't like it. I use spray. This is very,
                       very moist and delicious. I actually put it in a round bunt cake pan.
