                                          Affirmations for Abstinence



                   You are able to utilize affirmations to get yourself thinking and feeling

                   that you do not wish to smoke. All the same, you do not wish to put in

                   references  to  smoking  in  your affirmations,  merely as  you  already

                   have  a notion that smoking is  enjoyable.  Once that association has

                   been made in your subconscious mind, any idea of smoking is going

                   to activate a potent desire to smoke.



                   Rather, you are able to use affirmations to emphasize the benefits of

                   not smoking - without bringing up smoking at all.
